2023 has been a productive year for all of us at the Californians for Equal Rights Foundation (CFER). Our work in policy monitoring, voter education, rigorous research, local organizing, legal advocacy and coalition building has generated positive results and impact, facilitating the continued fight for equality and merit. We have compiled this annual report to highlight some of CFER's most notable projects and initiatives in 2023.
In 2022, Californians for Equal Rights Foundation (CFER) has made progress in areas including public education, public contracting and public safety. Through awareness building, knowledge dissemination, grassroots organizing, legal advocacy and coalition building, we have advanced equal rights for all, merit-based considerations and free speech. In our first year, CFER has dedicated itself to educating the public on equal rights and merit. We strive to accomplish our goals through various proven channels and strategies, positioning CFER as the leading organization against CRT in California and beyond. In just a year, CFER made solid progress in diverse areas of operations and built an organization with a strong commitment to our mission and a proven track record.
