Like you, we don’t want biological males to compete with girls in school and collegiate sports. Sadly, in a state where out-of-touch politicians pander to fringe cultural and ideological fads, common sense is painfully lacking.

While many encouraging things are happening around us in the public square, we, especially us Californians, must get off the fence and actively participate in making positive changes in the Golden State. The culture war is waged by totalitarians, who are seeking a total control of young Americans’ thoughts and minds. In addition to continuing to champion equal treatment as it relates to race and merit, CFER is also passionate about advancing true gender equality. After all, Prop. 209 states unequivocally:

"The state shall not discriminate against, or grant preferential treatment to, any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin in the operation of public employment, public education, or public contracting."

In this spirit, we want to call on you to fight with us to mount credible challenges to California’s blatant violations of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 up and down the Golden State. We will connect you with willing and able public interest lawyers who are eager to take on potential cases pro bono, while shielding your privacy.

If you are a parent of a female student athlete whose chances for fair competition and college scholarship prospects are threatened by the presence of biological males in the sport, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We want to work with you, PROFESSIONALLY and DISCREETLY, to advocate for your daughter’s equal rights. We will go to great lengths to protect your and your daughter’s privacy and identities. If you know of anyone who is either a student or a parent subjected to such circumstances, will you encourage them to reach out to us?

Thank you!

About Californians for Equal Rights Foundation (CFER):

We are a non-partisan and non-profit organization established following the defeat of Proposition 16 in 2020, with a mission to defend and raise public awareness on the cause of equal rights through public education, civic engagement and community outreach. In 1996, California became the first U.S. state to amend its constitution by passing Proposition 209 to ban racial discrimination and preferences. Prop. 209 requires that “the state shall not discriminate against, or grant preferential treatment to, any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin in the operation of public employment, public education, or public contracting.” CFER is dedicated to educating the public on this important constitutional principle of equal treatment.
