We hope you had a wonderful holiday season! As you may know, CFER piloted our membership program last year. We are excited to announce that we are now expanding the program with additional features and a membership portal.

We are now offering five membership tiers: Supporter ($10/year), Stakeholder ($100/year or $10/month), Advocate ($500/year or $50/month), Champion ($1,000/year or $100/month), and Leader ($3,000/year).

CFER’s membership portal also contains a “call to action” section to show up-to-date information regarding our potential projects CFER members can participate in. Once you sign up and log in on the membership portal, you will be able to view these projects and choose to participate in applicable ones.

If you are already a CFER member, please use this link to register for our membership portal. If not, weencourage you to choose a membership plan and sign up today!

With your support, we can launch more initiatives and lawsuits to defend and advance equality, equal protection and merit. 2026 will be another productive and successful year!

Thank you again and I look forward to more collaborations!

About Californians for Equal Rights Foundation (CFER):

We are a non-partisan and non-profit organization established following the defeat of Proposition 16 in 2020, with a mission to defend and raise public awareness on the cause of equal rights through public education, civic engagement and community outreach. In 1996, California became the first U.S. state to amend its constitution by passing Proposition 209 to ban racial discrimination and preferences. Prop. 209 requires that “the state shall not discriminate against, or grant preferential treatment to, any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin in the operation of public employment, public education, or public contracting.” CFER is dedicated to educating the public on this important constitutional principle of equal treatment.
